The state of peace or war is first of all the state of people’s minds.
\nThe minds of the people control it all.
\nPeace means that the minds of billions of people are in a peaceful mood, in balance, harmony, integrity.
\nIn the balance of their Self.
\nThen there is peace and happiness, that in Hinduism sounds like “shanti”.
\nShanti (Sanskrit “peace”) – in the philosophy of Hinduism means peace, tranquility, harmony.
\nThe Vedic texts describe the goddess Shanti – the goddess of tranquility, peace.
\nShe should be invoked for the sake of peace.<\/p>\n
War means that the minds of billions of people have gone out of balance, leaned heavily to one side, gone far from their center, from their Self.<\/p>\n
In this case, in many people the instincts of self-preservation get turned off, though they are inherent in every living being. And some far-fetched overvalued ideas come to the surface.<\/p>\n
And these ideas become more important than life itself.<\/p>\n
And this is an unhealthy state of humanity.<\/p>\n
If the minds of many people come to a peaceful state again, then peace will come naturally, because the machinery itself does nothing, it is just a piece of iron.
\nThis means that all sadhus, believers of all traditions, need to make every effort so that the minds of millions of people come to a peaceful state.
\nThis is called santi-karma sadhana.
\nHarmonization, calming, appeasement.<\/p>\n
Calming meditations, prayers direct minds\u2019 focus to calmness, balance.<\/p>\n
Preaching peace, striving for peace should be the task of all sober-minded people on Earth.<\/p>\n
If this struggle is not crowned with success, then the whole of humanity may be brought to the brink, its entire existence may be under great challenge.<\/p>\n
And then it will no longer matter what was sought to be achieved by anyone, what geopolitical goals were pursued by each party, who was right and who was not. All this will no longer make sense.<\/p>\n
Because no one will think about it.<\/p>\n
But all people need to put efforts to preventing this, finding ways to stop it, to save humanity, to save the world.
\nAll people should care about the means of directing our civilization to the path of sanity, peace, tranquility, not self-destruction, but creating instead.<\/p>\n
The instincts of self-preservation must be turned on.
\nBecause humanity can exist only under the conditions of peace, and it simply disappears under the conditions of war.<\/p>\n
We need a mass preaching of peace. Not only yogis, sadhus, religious leaders, but also worldly, secular, ordinary people, all people of the earth must understand that instead of arguing, they need urgently dealing with the main thing: saving the human civilization itself.<\/p>\n
Rationalizing, justifying, poetizing, romanticizing the war must be stopped.
\nIt’s like rationalizing, justifying, poetizing, romanticizing a disease instead of treating it.
\nThe disease must be treated, not romanticized.<\/p>\n
All appeals to the Mahabharata are inappropriate here.<\/p>\n
The Kurukshetra war that was described in the Mahabharata, like any war, was a terrible tragedy for both clans – the Pandavas and the Kauravas, and not something good and wise.<\/p>\n
Hopes, thoughts, ideas that war can solve something are a huge and dangerous illusion.
\nIt’s like thinking that a disease can cure another disease.<\/p>\n
Only under the conditions of peace can the tasks faced by humanity be solved.<\/p>\n

\nThen all the people of the earth will be happy, prosperous, developing, progressing.
\nThen mankind will be engaged in space exploration, will fight to overcome diseases.
\nIt will get progress.
\nWell, what is not clear here?
\nIf you want peace, promote peace.
\nTalk about peace.
\nThink about peace.
\nDirect your mind towards peace, love, compassion, creating, being artistic.
\nMake peaceful plans.
\nDevelop peaceful strategies. Chat with others about these topics.
\nSpend money on peaceful purposes.
\nAnd there will always be peace.
\nAnd consequently there will be development, progress, growth, prosperity, thriving, happiness, harmony.
\nWisdom will grow.<\/p>\n
Each religion, tradition has its own blessing prayers or meditation that wish happiness, love, compassion to all people.
\nFor stopping all wars, all religious leaders of the world, big and small, gurus, swamis, lamas, imams, teachers, saints, mentors, pastors, preachers need to massively teach others to do such meditations or prayers for peace.
\nThey should teach their followers ahimsa, non-violence. Inspiring them to follow ahimsa.
\nEncouraging them to take ahimsa vows.
\nReligious personalities from their asanas, thrones, altars should speak about the good of ahimsa.
\nPoliticians should promote friendship and ahimsa.
\nPropaganda of war must be prohibited.
\nScholars must explain the economic benefits of ahimsa.<\/p>\n
Cultural professionals should celebrate the glory of peace, friendship, ahimsa in poetry, songs, dances, music videos, paintings, sculptures, cinema and theaters.
\nKindergarten teachers should teach this to children, teachers should teach that in schools, professors should teach that in universities.
\nThis is what should be taught in kindergartens, schools and universities.
\nThis is what should be promoted in the media.
\nThis is what artists and cultural representatives should talk about.
\nIt is on these principles that politics and culture should be built.
\nThis is what should underlie the ideology of mankind and be written in its constitutions, laws etc.<\/p>\n
If 7 billion people learn these prayers and meditations and practice them daily, everything will be different.
\nPeople will extinguish aggression in themselves.
\nIf even 5 billion people take the vows of ahimsa, then the whole world on Earth will be different.
\nWars will disappear. The enmity will disappear. Humanity will rise to new heights.
\nThose trillions that are spent on weapons around the world can be spent on the development of peaceful science, new sources of energy, on education, on the development of medical science that can make a person practically immortal, on space exploration, on the well-being of all people.<\/p>\n
We can create both hell and heaven on earth with our own hands.
\nIt all depends on the goal that our thoughts are directed to.
\nWherever possible, tell other people about ahimsa, about the meditation of love, joy, compassion. Teach them this.
\nLet everyone pray and meditate the way he\/she knows in their own tradition. And if anybody does not know how to do it, then it must be taught to them.
\nThere is no other way out.
\nOtherwise, the \u201cproject\u201d called \u201chumanity\u201d will simply be closed by higher forces.<\/p>\n
Human life is precious and priceless.
\nIt is given to everyone by God.
\nThat is why any mass propaganda of war during peacetime, inciting war, aggression during peacetime among peaceful, civilian people is immoral, sinful and ungodly.
\nThen, for such propaganda, incitement, people have to pay a huge price. They will suffer, fight, simply lose their lives, not to mention economic and moral losses.
\nAnd then what is all this for?<\/p>\n
Militaristic propaganda as an unavoidable evil in the worse case, can be allowed only for special groups in special military educational institutions, for the education of professional warriors (kshatriyas), but not on a large scale and not on wide screens.
\nNot for children.
\nNot for the common people.
\nNot for politicians, cultural workers and scientists.
\nThis is something meant for the highly specialized ones. It is like a dangerous substance that must be eligible to be handled only by experienced specialists in laboratories, in protective suits. This is something that cannot be shown indiscriminately.<\/p>\n
But when the media already talk about \u201cnuclear buttons\u201d and serious instructions are given on how to behave in the event of a nuclear strike, where to fall from a flash and what basements to hide in, this is already an indicator of civilizational madness, that\u2019s all … this is the apogee of a complete human impasse, almost a collapse, the loss of all landmarks as a civilization.
\nIt is the apogee of the obvious human stupidity, pride, greed, lies, selfishness, shortsightedness.
\nThen what was it all means for at all?<\/p>\n
What was the meaning of all these media, economies, banks, instagrams, politicians, devices, blogs, achievements of science, medical science, international institutions, armies? If through all this humanity comes to such a dead end, collapse?
\nThen it would be better if we lived in the old fashioned way, in villages, without science, without all this, and all the achievements of civilization.
\nThis is not how highly developed civilizations behave. This is the path for unsuccessful civilizations, savage civilizations, wild tribes, who are ready to exterminate each other because of ambitions.
